3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings must be made through our authorized channels and are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from Mirajkar Holidays. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

3.2 Payment Schedule

  • A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking
  • Full payment must be received 45 days prior to departure date
  • Bookings made within 45 days of departure require immediate full payment
  • All payments must be made in the currency specified in your booking confirmation

3.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted per person unless otherwise specified and are subject to change until booking confirmation. Prices include services as specified in your itinerary but exclude personal expenses, gratuities, and optional activities unless explicitly stated. Additional charges may apply for special requests, upgrades, or changes to confirmed bookings.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Client Cancellations

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • More than 60 days: 30% of total cost
  • 31-60 days: 50% of total cost
  • 15-30 days: 75% of total cost
  • Less than 15 days: 100% of total cost

4.2 Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions, we will work with clients to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements. Refunds in such circumstances are subject to recovery from suppliers.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates as required for their destination. You must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special needs at the time of booking. Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional costs or inability to provide certain services.

Clients must comply with local laws and customs of destinations visited and follow the guidance of our representatives and local guides. Any behavior that disrupts the holiday experience of other clients or damages our reputation may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Mirajkar Holidays strives to provide exceptional service, we act as intermediaries between clients and service providers including hotels, airlines, and local operators. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided and does not extend to consequential damages, personal injury, or losses beyond our direct control.

Important: We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, medical emergencies, and cancellations.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information and privacy. All personal data collected is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your booking requirements or as required by law.
